Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and any credentials used to sign in.

Event and expense data: the event names, dates, event types, expense line items, break-even calculations, and actual results you enter into the Service.

Payment information: if you purchase the paid unlock, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment data it collects.

Usage and analytics data: we use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and actions taken on the site, and may use cookies or similar technologies to do so.

Mailing list: when you sign up for the free tier, you will be automatically subscribed to our email list. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

We use the information above to:

• Operate the Service, including calculating break-even figures and event-type recommendations
• Process your one-time payment if you purchase the paid unlock
• Communicate with you, including product updates, tips, and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; you cannot opt out of essential account or transactional emails, such as purchase confirmations, while keeping your account active)
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Service

We use cookies and similar technologies from Meta Pixel and Google Analytics for advertising measurement and site analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization through your Meta account's ad preferences. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

Meta Pixel shares the pages you view and completed purchases (including the $39 purchase value) with Meta Platforms to measure and optimize our advertising. In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland we only load it after you accept our cookie banner; we store your choice, when you made it, and the version of the notice you saw in your browser. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Stripe, to process payments
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, to operate the Service
• Meta and Google, for the analytics and advertising purposes described above
• Law enforcement or other parties, if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others

We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain records (for example, payment records for tax or legal purposes).

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@popspopups.com; we do not currently offer a self-serve export feature, but we will provide your data on request
• Close your account at any time by emailing support@popspopups.com

Pop's is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.

Pop's is intended for use in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy covers Pop's only. If you engage with another AP Creations LLC product or service, including The Unexpected Studio, that separate engagement and any additional data collected is governed by its own privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
